I used Ghirardelli Classic White chips for their vanilla flavor. The recipe calls for 1 cup chopped nuts but I did 1/2 cup dried cherries, 1/2 cup almonds.

It is good but I am so used to fudge being chocolate the taste was a shock at first. I had to remind myself that it’s not supposed to taste like chocolate.
