Cherry Cupcakes for my Valentines

This year I wanted to make cherry cupcakes for my youngest daughter’s class and for all the teachers in my kids’ school for Valentine’s Day. Both my daughters have had the same teacher for second grade and she loves my baking, and we love her!. I tried to spoil her as much as I could this past year with baked goodies. Thankfully she attends a lot of the PTO meetings, so we will still get to see her still.

These cherry cupcakes feature A LOT of maraschino cherries. I was a bit hesitant, but they were actually amazing! Both the cupcakes and frosting had the cherry flavor (The cupcakes had the chopped cherries and the frosting had the liquid). I’ll definitely be making these bad boys again!

These look delicious! I’m a sucker for anything cherry.

These look so sweet (pleasing in general; delightful) and sounds like they tasted sweet ( having the pleasant taste characteristic of sugar or honey; not salty, sour, or bitter), too! I bet they were a hit for the cherry lovers.
