I’ve been wanting to make this since I learned of it years ago, so woot! Heh!
Unfortunately, for my situation at the moment, not a lot in it. Just potatoes, peas, and chicken. Ex didn’t pack up my poultry, rosemary, and sage in this box, so it’s going to be missing some of the important flavors, but meh, I probably won’t notice anyway, , heh!
No recipe, as I just threw in what I’d know would work.
The only little modification that’s not of the norm, is I added about 1/4 c. of tapioca flour to the flour when making the biscuits.

You sure can cook with limited ingredients! It looks yummy and simple…and truly homemade!
I have been following a few people on FB that make incredible meals from things found at the Dollar Tree.
What does tapioca flour do to the biscuit? I am not familiar with it, but for some reason, I have a bag in my pantry that is unopened…I have no idea how to use it!
It makes breads a bit softer, depending on how much you use. If I ever get the chance, I want to try real biscuits with it. I bet it’d make an extra flaky, soft biscuit. Man, I hope I get a decent kitchen before I can’t cook any more, heh. Or if I’m dumb enough to date again, I actually go with someone who likes to cook. Never been with someone who likes cooking before, heh.
I substitute about 1:3 to 1:2 of the flour in place of the tapioca flour, but if you’re curious enough to try it, start off with a few tablespoons, then increase to find a good balance. So far flat breads are my absolute favorite to use it with.
However, I wouldn’t exactly make a loaf of bread with those same ratios. I’d cut it down to roughly 1:4 to 1:8. , I think I’d mostly do an oat loaf. Ooooooh, I wonder what a quick bread would be like. Banana? Blueberry? OOOoooooh hoo hoo hooooooo! I bet a blueberry muffin would be awesome with it…Mental note to self: I could do that easily without having a good kitchen.
