I’m almost done sending! I had a chaotic week as well, but the postbox is right next my office, and I managed to write one nearly every evening and mail the next day. The last two will be mailed out tonight. I was going to PM everyone when I was completely done, so I haven’t done that yet, but I think @Silky_Bee 's one was the first I sent and she lives close by, so she may get it today or tomorrow …

I am getting a bit impatient! Is it just me or is mail getting slower every year? (Or am I becoming more impatient every year??)

I think it’s slow this year! Only one of my cards has reached its destination and it wasn’t even a Canadian one.

The same odd thing happened to me. I understand mail takes some time to cross the Atlantic (although this year it still seems slower) but within my own country it’s really slow too. My cards have succesfully made it to Belgium and Germany but none of the domestic mail I sent at the same time seems to have reached their destination yet.

I think not all of my US swap partners have received my mail yet. I know it’s been around a month now but mail seems quite slow right now. I only just received mail from other people outside this swap that was stamped well before Christmas. Are you ok with waiting a bit longer?

Unfortunately none of my US partners received 
I would gladly resend new cards but I’m afraid it is not much use at this point. Would it be ok for you if I try sending some spring cards at the end of February if nothing arrives? I just hope that the chance of proper delivery might be higher then.

I think the holiday rush and return period will be over by the end of the month. I am willing to wait as one of your partners. It is a bit silly to send out a holiday card to arrive in the spring. I still think it will get here since it is in an envelope. Flat postcards seem to get lost much more.

Normally we ask for resends after 3 weeks for internationally sent packages but this is letter mail. and the holidays. so who knows what’s going on with the mai.

So lets give it some more time, Lets see where we stand in 2 more weeks.

@LovelyMiss sent an envelope that was highly decorated. As long as it doesn’t cover the address or stamp area, I think it is fine. I got a card from my niece who sent a card in a blue envelope and she wrote it in blue. I could hardly read it, but somehow it gets here.
Mail is spotty during rush season, so we should consider that in all the swaps next year.
