It looks great!
I love it! Looks like it was a fun stitch.
Thanks!
Most of my threads are not numbered so I picked whatever colors I had that seemed close to the used colors. It was done 16 count and the black was difficult for me to see. I used a piece of white cloth on my lap to be able to see the tiny little holes and magnifying headset.
I think I also have this designer for a Halloween theme and maybe a spring or Easter theme. It might have been some sort of sale.
That is so cute!
Finally finished these!
Stitched those in 2021/2022 I think, ordered the rings a while ago, bought an acrylic marker last Friday and now they’re done. I think they’re 5".
Now I’m off to stain two more embroidery rings for two pieces that @jemimah stitched for me last year.
I also want to finish the knitted sweater for my friend’s toddler today and send that one off tomorrow.
I love these patterns, and the green hoops really make them pop. Great finish!
Thanks! It’s amazing what a simple frame in the right colour can do. Since I discovered this trick I paint almost all of my frames.
Very nice!
I do think you painted the hoops the perfect green!
I love them so much!! They look great in the hoops!
They’re fabulous!
Absolutely lovely!
Aaaand 3 more. All 6".
The Prairie School ones are stitched by @jemimah and I wanted to give those a more traditional look, so I stained the hoops with some water baised wood stain that I already had in my stash.
The one on the left was a kit and the plastic frame came with it.
I love all the hoops. So pretty!
All your festive hoops look fantastic!
My granddaughter loves gnomes so I made gnomes to donate and to give to the family. I have posted several sets, here is the latest batch for my son’s family. Have a gnomish holiday!
I am rather fond of how these came out so I want to document it here to remind me next year that the handmade label really finished it off nicely so I don’t skip it. They’re going to their recipients tonight and Thursday.
I agree, they look really good with the label! And it’s also nice to know for the recipient that one gift was handmade by you and the other one was handmade by a local business.
Classy!!
Ooh yes, the label is the perfect finishing touch!
Thanks, friends!
