Irid3sc3nt, yes that’s preserved moss. The columns are glued twisted painted paper, they are supposed to look like tree trunks.
The bones are from that plastic skeleton garland, I cut them apart.

I wanted to try a completely different approach (for me) and picked up some themed paper plates and a packet of foam bones and cupcake papers to collage. I cut out many layers of the featured pieces to stack on top of eachother. I cut the foam boanes in half to better attach them. I think I found the little bones at the Dollar Tree. Anyhow. New technique for me. I really enjoyed the process.
Oh neat, I hadn’t thought about using cupcake papers. I purchased some bags that I think are supposed to be for candy or cookies and started using them to hold crafts for the STS.

Those gams were scanned from a Shape magazine and resized. I couldn’t draw one with such definition.

I’m sorry it’s a little larger than the size requirements listed. I’ve never made a chunky house before and thought it was supposed to be AT LEAST 5x7", not equal to or less than. Oops. I’m glad it is loved anyway.

I received my angel (or demon…it is halloween) package. It’s a very sweet full moon that has brought out bats and ghosts while we all stay safe? in a haunted house.
