My changes to the recipe:
I used a bread machine instead of mixer,
a regular baking pan,
Scored it into buns with a bench scraper,
and used a convection oven without a pizza stone. Bread is very forgiving.
It’s about tied with naan bread as accompaniment to soups and stews, with English muffins in third place for dinner, but first place at breakfast. Mmmm, poached eggs!
