Once upon a time I tried to make Cinnamon Star Bread, but it was a fail…I am pretty sure I killed my yeast and my dough didn’t rise. I haven’t given up on trying it again someday, but as an intermediate step, this year I made a Cinnamon Twist Bread. I’m happy to report it was a success!
That looks delicious! I think it is actually prettier without the frosting, which I think says a lot about your technique. Paul Hollywood can keep those criticisms to himself.

Thanks for sharing the recipe! We got a small portion in a Harry & David gift box and it was delicious! I vowed to my husband that I would try to make it for him to go with his afternoon coffee!
