It’s been a crazy no-craft-mojo couple of weeks. A Quilt top just needed 3 seams to be done; sewed one wrong, unstitched, fixed it, carefully laid everything out, sewed the second seam… wrong. Gave up and put it away for a bit. Yesterday I was sewing some strips together. Ran out of bobbin thread and didn’t realize. Fixed and resewed… and ran out again. Also discovered one of my strip sets had fabric backwards. Pulled out the new seam ripper i bought the other day… and turns out it’s a knit picker. At a glance it looked the same, and it was in the seam ripper bucket, but not the same thing.
Today ends 2 weeks of craft/sewing shenanigans.
I’m going to smudge my craft room, say prayers, and start my partner’s scarf on Sunday. Brand new week. New mojo.

Update: opened and love everything! I’ll post pics once the gallery is up. But in the meantime… i had the brilliant idea of making Miss Rosa model it for me. I almost didn’t get it back.

Finished mine last night (whew!) and blocked it this morning. Only potential for late send is if it dries slowly.
