Okay, I tried! …But I’m officially giving up on finishing this.


I did learn two new crochet stitches (loop stitch and waffle stitch), so good outcome even if it is incomplete.

It’s very satisfyingly squooshy!

I’m afraid the crocheted monster will probably be armless and legless (well, there is HALF a leg behind that roller skate, but it’s not attached to the body) at least until after Christmas. Just juggling too many things.

I’m in a training class that is mostly review for me. It’s like a vacation!
While the instructor is talking I’ve been drawing.
I’ve been trying to improve with alcohol markers and shading. I bought marker paper but still had a bit of bleeding. I probably need better markers.

She looks like she has 5 o’clock shadow
