Super Adorable & oh so handy (see what I did there?)
Tutorials for this abound on the interwebz so I wonโt bother with the details. Suffice it to say, itโs a quick & easy little craft that takes up only a bit of scrappy supplies & a bottle cap.
I used a leather punch to make holes in the bottle cap & the felt but you could use anything.

I saw similar online & thought the pinked edge was so clever! I have plans for a larger pie pinnie next, the crust is genius! Just you wait & see

It is elastic! I have seen them made with an adjustable metal ring base too.
