@FiredGinkgo and I have been making lots of mugs together lately. She throws the base on the wheel, and then I make the handles, decorate with transfers, and glaze. I’ve always struggled with making handles perfectly straight on the mug, so I thought, “Why not just purposefully make them entirely wonky?” and these silly mugs were born. :blush:

Here are a few of our favorites. :hearts:

We get our underglaze transfers from Elan Transfers. Warning, you could easily spend hours browsing their site.

That drip on the blue one made me a wee bit nervous, but it stopped JUST before hitting the kiln shelf, so now it’s just a fun feature. :sweat_smile:

You could do a lot of cool things with those handles. Would look killer on a pitcher or vase. Could put leaves on em and grapes and make it look crazy.

Those totally rock.
