Decorative Swiss Roll

My daughter and I had fun making a Swiss Roll with the decoration baked into the cake. We usually make flowers as the decoration and thought we would try decorative tropical fronds this time.

This is so fun! I wish I could try this too but it’s virtually impossible if you have to do vegan and gluten free.
