Just take ordinary white wooden clothes hangers, apply decoupage glue and place the napkins on the glue. Smooth out with your fingers and apply glue over the napkin. I sand off the edges with a sanding pad.

So very pretty! I really like decoupage and you seem to have a knack for picking the right napkins!
I’ve also used that super cheap, really thin gift wrap in the past.

I also used gift wrap paper to decoupage the inside of the drawer.
I buy napkins everywhere I go
