My kids are very unique individuals, with amazing creativity and active imaginations. My son’s birthday is coming up, and they asked for a few specific handmade things. The first of said things is a “demon tail”. I had a little time while they were away at blacksmithing class today, so I sewed said tail for them. It is by no means perfect. But it is done in time, was doable with materials on hand, and is good enough for pretend play at home.
I’m sure your son is going to be thrilled and have lots of fun!

Blacksmithing class…yes, your kids have interesting interests! Glad to see you can accommodate them…the tail is … interesting as well!
