I wasn’t sure how to describe this. I made it for a friend who will be hiking the Camino de Santiago soon. The icons are symbols of that pilgrimage. I made it entirely by hand, including designing, drawing the templates, and sewing.

Looks good! Such a smart gift idea, something that doesn’t get in the way and doesn’t weigh anything in their backpack, and is also very meaningful for a pilgrim.
I have family currently on the Camino, who knows, if they mention a fellow pilgrim with a super cool embroidered patch I’ll let you know!
