Super easy cookie cake made with premade cookie dough
2 chubs of cookie dough pressed into a 16 inch pizza pan baked for 15 minutes. Decorated with buttercream and Russian piping tips for the flowers and free hand lettering and bunny ears/feet
Go-to recipe for buttercream
1stick butter, room temp
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
2-3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
Cream butter til pale yellow, slowly add powdered sugar and vanilla, thin out with heavy whipping cream until desired spreading consistency. This recipe can easily be doubled!
