I bought and built a knockoff Chaobao Frozen Winter Castle kit and the Elsa doll’s face was printed sideways on the back of her head! 
So, I drew her a new face (pen & colored pencil), cut it out, and decoupaged it on her blank face.

Whaaaattttt omg. I kind of like the Picasso face (and it makes me feel like I don’t know anything about how factory printing on 3-D objects works), but you did an amazing job on the re-paint!
