Embellishments from (Mostly) Scraps

This week I spent some time playing around with bits of paper to make some quick (ha!) embellishments without overthinking (ha!). It was originally meant to be craft-table-scraps project, but of course I ended up dipping into stash. Anyway, here they are:

These two don’t feel quite finished to me, but I’m calling it quits on them for now.

Thanks for looking!

These are all very clever; I especially love the one with the orange slice.

I see a bit of @geekgirl’s influence in these, but definitely your style, too.

Very nice little bundles! You’ll be glad to have these at that moment you need a little something…

These would be cool to have on hand for inspiration and that added touch. I am like you, I would overthink a “don’t think too much about it” project. My favorite is the circles coming off the black and yellow pieces.

Cool! I like the citrus slice. Mini collage is fun for using up the most wee scrappy bits & making something groovy out of next to nada.

The swipes are color swatches from a Menards ad.
