Did you do the embroidery over a large piece, and then cut, cut, cut? or did you legit stitch on tiny little pieces?
I stitch one big piece, draw a grid, and then try to stitch individual squares. I will make another set and create a tutorial.

What kind of fabric did you embroider on?
I love the non paper take on inchies. They look gourgeous! Was it hard to embroider on something so small?
These are all so pretty! Love them!
The foundation fabric came from a 1970’s embroidery kit. It was almost like really fine textured burlap. I hope I have some more for the next set. It is cool fabric.

It did look like burlap to me too. What an awesome way to recycle and burlap seems to be the perfect base for them.
