Embroidered Skull Joker ATC

The Non-Paper/Cardboard ATC Swap S/U Aug17-27 reminded me that many, many years ago (~2008) I was in a Jar of Whimsies swap on Craftster with someone who collected the jokers from playing card sets.

The skull is copyright-free clipart printed on cotton fabric with a home printer. Joker hat in red, black, and metallic silver floss. Machine sewn to a garment weight black vinyl. I don’t recall if I had any info on the back, but I think I did write with a silver pen on it. This is the only pic I could find.

This is the first ATC I ever made and I have only ever made a few. I think my style and interests lie slightly outside of what a lot of collectors want in an ATC, so even though I am fascinated by them I don’t really make them.

Very cool twist on the classic ATC!

The end effect is great and feels really original and cool. I hope you make more ATCs, traditional or not! Beautiful work.
