I’ve been collecting library cards from books in various libraries who no longer use them.
I finally got ahold of a canvas (albeit a cheap one that does not hold proper color) and did up a scene based on the book titles.
I have not done collage for several years and forgot how much acrylic paint covers the words so I lost a couple of key titles. Oh well.

This is beautiful and creative. I love how you pieced the words around and painted just enough over them that they almost get lost. Having the extra layer also makes for some great texture!
