Dress like fall today at work, so, after too much catnip, the kitty and I decided I needed to make a leaf mask! Cardboard, a grocery bag, white glue, acrylic paint, and a rubber band.

Thanks for the comments everyone! I…don’t know what became of my mask. One of the residents liked it and wanted to have it, so, I gave it to her and she hung it on her wall. Well, a couple of days later, I was back at work and noticed it had disappeared, so, I asked her what became of it, and she told me she became afraid of it, would wake up at night and wonder what that THING was, staring at her from the wall! 
So, she had one of the nurses or CNAs take it away, and what became of it after that, I don’t know. I like to think he grew a body and wandered off into the woods to be with his people.
One of the LPNs really liked my leaf mask and offered to pay me to make her one too, but, I declined, one was enough. Had I known the resident was going to get rid of it, I would have given it to the nurse instead…
