I definitely see more socks in the future. I haven’t started a second yet though trying to force myself to finish a few UFOs first.

Well done! I just ordered a sock loom for myself, because I want to learn to make socks this year, but I don’t really want to learn to knit. (Is that awful? I have enough hobbies! I shouldn’t take up knitting too!)

I feel the same way! But then, I really want to have knitted socks. I do have a sock look, but I haven’t attempted it, yet. So maybe you can figure it out and I can get some tips from you

I also have a sock loom I’ve never tried. I do knit, but I hate the finicky nature of double pointed needles, so I’ve never tried socks. @MistressJennie @craftADDchick Maybe we need to have a “Sock Loom Along” to get us all to try our sock looms!

The first pattern I used was this one:

Because what better way to learn than in a Sock War? But honestly, it’s a good pattern and very forgiving since it stretches to fit almost any foot.

socks can be crocheted as well…I make yoga socks which leaves off the hardest parts…the toe and heel!
