I was experimenting with new mug handle shapes when I created this one.
I used Laguna Speckled Buff clay and Satin White glaze. The design on the side is cutouts from underglaze transfers/decals. They fire to this really dark blue, almost black.
Part of the configuration reminds me of an owl eye.
