Hi everyone, it’s been a while. I’ve not really made much recently due to werid health stuff.

But, I felt the need to be creative in the last month or two.

So, I have made this…

Here is my latest make, all finished and ready for it’s new home. Named “For the love of literature” as the yarn was dyed with inspiration from stacks of beautifully bound books.

It is soft and drapey and can be worn as wrap around your shoulders or pinched up as a cosy scarf. It would even work as a beach wrap around skirt.

Fabulous 24 colour, 4 ply, merino yarn skeins are by @beehiveyarns

Woven on a 24" rigid heddle loom with a 12.5dpi reed.

Hand finished and fulled.

This is beautiful.

I loom weave but recently learned about rigid heddle weaving, kudos to you, it seems far more work than mine.
