One perk of this cold weather hanging on is that it’s still soup season! I had saved this recipe ages ago, and when I saw the forecast for this week, I decided now was the time.
My BIL used to have a restaurant and made a French Onion Soup. Yum!
Yess! Omg they look sooo good! What is the recipe you saved/used? I have a couple competing for attention…I even have my mom’s old stoneware crocks. Maybe someday!
That’s so funny, earlier today I was eyeing a bag of onions and willing them to set themselves up as a french onion soup! (Not being a wizard I was unsuccessful I’m sorry to say.) maybe I will do it myself tomorrow!

I rarely have to chop any vegetables, my husband does it for me! Four cups of onions is no joke
