Fried chicken

My word I forgot how good this is.

2 chicken breasts sliced about 3/8 to 1/4 inch thick, beat with a tenderizer mallet.

Dry mix:
1 c. Flour sifted with the following
(not too sure about the measurements for the rest)
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp ground dried onion
1/4 tsp ground garlic
1/4 tsp dill weed
1/4 tsp thyme (which I forgot in this batch)
Salt and pepper

Wet mix:

2 egg whites
1/4 tsp lemon juice
2 Tbls white wine

Heat oil to 350 - 375 after coating the chicken, so it sits for that time.

Cook 3 minutes on each side.

Since I don’t have any teeth, I lather them pretty good with pepper gravy.

Update: Woops! Forgot my tummy doesn’t like fried food and milky things now. O_o, though, I am surprised it’s only very uncomfortable and not overly painful, and neither is it making breathing difficult. :no_mouth:
