In the recent Halloween swap, my package to Canada disappeared into the postal system. So I remade and resent it, as a good swapper does.

I made 4 mug rugs/wall hangings and included two bats to cheer up my partner. The second package finally arrived, and now I can post the new set plus the first lost set. I had run out of many of the colorful Halloween prints, so I went with a darker, moodier vibe on the second set. She loves them!

First lost set. I hope they arrive somewhere to give someone Halloween joy:

All of them are lovely! The bats are just so cute! Did you follow a pattern for the mug rugs? I am always looking for new ways to make Halloween coasters since my brother seems to take mine with him . He loves everything Halloween and cats!

I used references from the internet, but planned them out myself. The cat and bats are just squares and HSTs, but the ghost corners are trickier. And the witch was fun, working out the long HRTs (half rectangle triangles). Is that a thing?

What a treat it would’ve been to receive either one of these packages! The difference in fabrics really makes them seem like totally different sets; that’s so cool! And your little batties? SQUEE!

These are awesome! They made me so happy just through the screen! I hope some lucky person ends up with the original set.
I adore all of them, but the cats just make you smile, popping in to say, hay!
