I have done some water coloring from time to time. Nothing I do on a regular basis. But recently I visited a free “try water coloring”-course, and now I want to do more.
I know there are lots and lots of videos on youtube, which I will look for, but I was wondering if you have a favorite one? Or if you know some other resources than youtube. Or if you have any good tip yourself!
Another Youtuber who has interesting tutorials is MindofWatercolor and he also posts frequently.
Those are the only ones I follow on YouTube specifically for watercolor. As for tips, have fun and embrace when things don’t go quite how you imagined. I can’t wait to see what you make!
Paul Clark is probably the best I’ve found on YouTube for the looser style of watercolor.
Already mentioned but Nianiani is one of my favorites. I love her style.
Emily Olson Art is another great YouTube channel and I’ve learned a ton about watercolor on her paid program. She has several of her tutorials available for free on YouTube.
Lou Davis (already mentioned) is also great if you’re looking for easy and relaxing repetitive patterns and doodles.
