I saw this Granny Mushroom on Instagram (by Joy Clements on Ravelry) and bought the pattern immediately. Unfortunately, the only yarn I had on hand (I’m away on vacation) was white and gray, so it doesn’t really show off the granny mushroom top very well. But, I can see myself making a bunch more of these in fun colors!
Cute!
Very cute!
So cute! looks like a good way to use up remnants (says a non-yarn-arts-person)
It’s adorable. And, of course, any self-respecting Lettuce-Crafter would take yarn (or fabric, paints etc.) on vacation with them!!
Thank you! And, they don’t take much yarn, especially if you follow the pattern and make the color changes.
The pattern includes a smaller version, too, so I might try one of those next !
Granny as in granny squares?
So cute!!
Yes! The mushroom top is done in the style of a granny square, but it really doesn’t show up well in the gray.
It’s adorable. Mushrooms don’t need fancy colors to look great, this one looks like you just picked it in the woods
cute design!
I think the colors are perfect for a mushroom!
Happy New Year
I agree that it’s perfectly mushroom colored! But, it does lose the stitch definition.
