Greta Green the Pumpkin Queen

I got a primitive angel pattern at a thrift shop a few years ago and modified it to make a witch. This is my first project like this and I love how it turned out. I used fabric from my stash for her clothes and yarn from my stash for her hair. I bought the materials to make the necklace and her hat is a party hat I got in a pack of 6 from Goodwill. This was my first attempt at painting on a doll face and I love how it turned out.

Fantastic job on painting the face! Very whimsical!

The fabric for the dress is perfect. Is it removeable?

Are you planning other dolls with your pattern? It seems like a very adaptable pattern.

No, I sewed her into the dress. I would have to rip the seams to get her out. The petticoat is removable. I already have another one in the works right now!

I made a tiny witch. All the clothes are supposed to be removable according to the pattern, but reality is, I am not one to “play” with the doll, so I just made the dress and sewed it on as well.
