A dress I’m working on needed a diamond shaped embellishment.
I wanted something sparkly with beads and found this tutorial on YouTube.
Here’s my version of it:
It’s been ages since I embroidered anything and I loved doing it. But my fingers hurt like crazy.
And the needle suffered a bit, too
Now, on to completing the dress. I want to wear it tomorrow night.

@graverobbergirl it looks a bit like a 40s dress on the dress form. But the design looks a bit different in real life. Even on its tallest setting my dress form is quite a bit shorter than I am. I guess that’s something I just have to work with being 5’9”.
