I stitched this little tea towel recently just to keep my hands busy. The pattern is from Urban Threads, I’ve had it for years and found it again while doing some quarantine-cleaning. Everything except the teapot is in running stitch, which was a fun experiment. The pot I did in backstitch so it would look a bit more substantial since it’s such a light pink.
It looks so sweet and delicate!
I love patterns with blue birds…they have a very vintage feel and yet remain modern!
Beautiful job! You made a good decision to make the lighter teapot more substantial…it really does stand out nicely!
