Holiday Charcuterie Board

We had a huge holiday gathering in November. @FiredGinkgo and I were asked to bring a charcuterie board. :grapes:

Can honestly say this was the first time I had ever searched, β€œhow to make meat roses.” :grimacing:

All sorts of goodies. I made a few mini cornucopias from crescent dough. They were a hit with the kids who grabbed them instantly and ran off.

I had dehydrated oranges for making garlands, so we decorated the board with some of those + fresh flowers. Just to add a bit more color and fall jazz.

We got the honey with comb and a variety pack of β€œfancy” jellies from Aldi. We usually source local honey from a little farm here, but that comb was too pretty to pass up just this once!

We got almost everything from Aldi, but grabbed a few items from Sprouts as well. Our sister lives in Canada, and was unable to make it, so we nodded to her in the Brie, hehe.

Sure is prettier than the horse duvers we served in my day!

Almost too pretty to eat! Your meat roses turned out nicely.
