Holiday cross-stitch ornaments

While in quarantine, I’ve been working on some cross-stitch. I have a nice stock pile of perforated paper and a few extra beads, so I made some ornaments for the tree! My patterns come from a few different books, including Better Homes and Gardens 2001 Cross Stitch Designs and the Cross Stitch Motif Bible.

I got the idea to do this form doing Mill Hill kits. In fact, some of the beads are leftover from two kits.

Looks like you are going to be ahead in the holiday crafting!

I often buy kits and then learn from them and do my own…great idea! I love the one with the three trees…such a pretty scene!

They turned out great. Way to get a jump start on the holidays.

What a great way to use your quanantime! I especially like the nutcracker fella.

Very nicely done!

I love to do ornament kits. What a great idea to make your own! The nutcracker is my favorite, but they are all beautiful.

Great way to reduce the stress. These are so pretty. My favorite is the snowman!

I haven’t used perforated paper before, I will haveto check it out!
I like the little stocking and candy cane.

Very sweet! And a nice way to craft through the pandemic, thinking of better (holi)days ahead.
