Homemade Irish cream

Super simple recipe! It keeps for 2 months in the fridge so it’s a great hostess gift for the holidays

1 2/3 cup whiskey (I used Block Head popcorn peanut caramel)

1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup heavy cream

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp espresso (instant or brewed)

2 tbsp chocolate syrup (like you use for chocolate milk)

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend on low

Store in airtight container (I got These at Dollar Tree, they hold almost 14oz.)

I made a double batch and got 3 bottles

This was the whiskey I used

Sounds yummy for evening coffee and dessert…or just the coffee as the dessert! mmmm

Yum!
My family uses a similar recipe, with melted chocolate instead of chocolate syrup.
We like trying different variations - one time we found strawberry flavored condensed milk, and used that in the recipe. Omitted the chocolate and got a marshmallow-y tasting beverage.

That sounds awesome! I thought about experimenting with different whiskey flavors, caramel or peanut butter, but I never thought about the milks!
