First time trying out water based noodles instead of egg based. For my erratic tastes, they’re fine, heh.
As for the sauce, meh, I didn’t feel like making my own. I added bell peppers, mushrooms, shrimp, and some turkey burger I turned into itallian turkey sausage and froze about a week ago.
Forgot to get a pic of the noodles precooking, but I snapped a picture from the video I recorded. Eh, blurry, but it works.
I had never heard of them until about two years ago. Had come across a video on youtube of a guy I watch frequently, and one of his videos he talked about it. Anyway, I’ve been wanting to try it, and I didn’t feel like having to thoroughly wash my large cutting board I bought for making noodles, so why not try it tonight, heh.

Looks good! I can’t eat egg noodles for a few weeks, so these look quite good to me! Do you have a link to the recipe?
I didn’t use a recipe, heh. I just basically guessed and mixed as if I were making egg pasta. The only thing that I did differently from this recipe, is I forgot to mix in the olive oil at the same time I mixed in the water, , that was a little fun to incorporate into the dough.
Here’s the video I saw. They start talking about water noodles at 2:51.
Huh! Watching it a second time, you all might find 6:00 mark interesting, too. About not seasoning nor using olive oil.

Thanks. I need foods with little oil or fats. I have rice noodles but they are so thin and not good with sauces. I’ll experiment a bit as well.
