HP miniatures

I made these fun things for @chrmisha in the tic-tac-toe swap. She has a HP dollhouse and was hoping for some miniature goodies!

The biggest piece is the fireplace. I love that it turned out so elegantly.

I made candles. In the past I used beads to make candles, but this time I made the candles themselves and used some nifty beads for the holders.

I made floo powder, of course! A cute bottle lined with assorted glittery stuffs did the trick, along with a tiny label I printed and antiqued with chalks.

I made 3 little books. Canโ€™t have a cozy fireplace without books.

Lastly, I finger crocheted ( the only crochet I know) with variegated floss, then wound it up and glued it to felt to make a cozy rug.

Everything together:

Thanks for looking!

Thank you!

I love when you put a penny down for scale. The fireplace is amazing! People who make miniatures have a different imagination to use things I would never think to useโ€ฆlike beads for candle holders!

You put together a lovely grouping for your partner.

Thanks! Itโ€™s a bit challenging to โ€œseeโ€ things a certain way but at some point, you see something and you just know you can make something from it.
