I finally finished Dreaming in Color! I posted part of it here a while ago, and it feels like I’ve been working on it forever. I did a little bit most days, so it slowly came together.
I’m really happy with how colorful it turned out. There’s so much going on in the picture, and I love how the bright pinks, blues and yellows look against the black background.
I do wish it had a few special-shaped drills, though. I think they would have looked really nice in the wings or some of the smaller glowing details.
It has both AB and neon drills. I like the AB drills, but honestly, the neon ones don’t look that different from regular drills to me once they’re on the canvas. 
I still prefer AB and pearlescent drills because you can actually see the extra effect when the light hits them.
Anyway, I’m glad this one is finally done. It took a long time, but I really like the finished result!
