Heh! I took an hour and a half off to bake this, and of course, I need to spend more than I made today on a new tire. Oof! My luck blows chunks…it’s not even a bad tire, 
Eh, at least I got my first loaf in months. So wooot! Heh.

It was really really moist. Just a tad thicker than the foccachia dough, and I decided to leave it alone. Came out really nice, and fluffy.
