I have always been intimidated by crepes! But they are one of my favorite things to eat!
(My husband makes a mouthwatering seafood crepe, and when my daughter still lived here, she made me crepes every Mother’s Day.)
Anyway, I recently rolled up my (mostly mental) sleeves and made them and I was so delighted at how well they turned out!!!
My husband had his with Swiss cheese, eggs, bacon, and green Cholula (of course I didn’t think to take a pic ).
But I had mine with lemon Zoi Greek yogurt (I typically loathe Greek yogurt but I’m obsessed with Zoi) and fresh blueberries! Heaven!
