And for my March entry (it’s got its own thread) My shield, a work of love. And a contribution to a community quilt.

My Warrior Sheild

I participate in a group that makes group quilts for a raffle to support the purchase of womyn’s land. It’s the site of the former Michigan Womyn’s Music Fest. This quilt will be made up of women warrior sheilds and this is mine. I’ll be sending it off tomorrow. A red winged black bird, crafty tools and a fern (the land has lovely fern meadows) and spirals for life. [20220313_084506]
