Lil Shakey Bones Necklace

So, this little skeleton dude was given to me by @Tapestry a while back and I started taking him places as my “date” but he was either in my pocket or at risk of getting lost, so I decided to make him into a pendant.

I glued a jumpring on using E6000+ adhesive, which turned out to be flexible AND stronger than expected. (See my torturous strength testing process below.) I strung him onto some lovely purple cord and added a simple clasp. Now Shakey can go out with me and not get lost or be stuck suffocating in my pocket. (I know, no lungs, but still!)

I love that you turned him into something you can show off a lot! He is too cute to be in a pocket or bag!

@TheMistressT @Tapestry @AIMR Thank you!

He is definitely too cute to be hidden and I just love making people smile when I go out so I think he’ll be a huge help with that. :laughing::grin:

Lil Shaky had to jump through a lot of hoops (or be glued to one) in order to see the world outside of your pocket! I am sure he is loving it. He looks adorable as a necklace!

OMG it glows in the dark!!!

Ok, so I didn’t realize the little skeleton glows until I walked into the dark bathroom wearing him. I love him even more now, @Tapestry !!

Small things make me happy. lol
