Hi all! We are finally visiting my in-laws after almost two years apart (dumb Covid) now that we are all vaccinated. It’s been a really nice visit. My sister in law loves rainbows and unicorns and asked if I would make her a birthday cake since we are here on her day. The inside is chocolate cake/chocolate frosting (the ones on the back of the Hershey’s cocoa box, which I think are great) and the outside is vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and a white chocolate drip. (And purchased sugar decorations.)
It wasn’t intended to be a Lisa Frank homage, and the colors are muted, but it’s all I can see.
