This is “County Fair Cowgirl,” another watercolor painting I am hanging in a show next month. I snuck a pic of this sweet little girl at the county fair last year and then changed a few minor details. But, she had on snake skin boots and this huge cowboy hat. She was just the sweetest thing there.
I am really excited and nervous about this show as it’s the first time I am on the show committee AND this is all hanging in the Taos Inn so it will get a lot of tourist attention.

Love the way you blurred the background to make her stand out. Just enough detail to know she is in a crowded place without taking attention off her…beautifully done. You are a woman of many talents…I am pleased you are in this group.
