I’ll update with the sloppy joe cake once I make it in a little over an hour, heh.
Had a slight mishap with the loaf. Like a dumb dumb, I started it to rise the same time I did the big 'ol bun, so some of the bread “flowed” out of the pan while the bun baked, 
. Yeesh! Oh well, still looks good, heh.
Well, didn’t get it made into a cake. Looks like I was the only one excited about it. Well, shucky darns. Heh, it was a fun idea.
