We got some cheaper fillets of mahi (in a bag from walmart) and I doctored them up with seasonings and soy sauce then cooked them in a frying pan. In a hurry, I took out a bag of microwave 90 second rice, put it in the pan (removed the fish onto a seperate plate but cooked the rice in the same pan) added the seasonings and soy we like and heated it up in the pan for a few minutes “frying” it in a minimal way. So yummy!

oh yeah we do “fried” rice like this all the time and LOVE it! your fish looks fantastic, mahi is my fave!
This was the first time we tried rice like this and I have to say it’s our new favorite lol.
