Make some new bread

I am so bored of all the bread you buy in store. I don’t think they taste very much. So I’m looking for new recepies every now and then, and try to make a yummy bread.
And here is a light, fluffy bread that was easy to make.
To make this bread you will need:

25 g yeast
400 ml milk or water, fingerwarm
1,5 teaspoon salt
50 ml syrup
2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
300 g rye sieve
240 g flour
(you can use 540 g of rye sieve or 540 g plain flour if you want)

Put the yeast and the warm milk and let the yeast solve. Then put the rest of the ingredients into the bowl, small amounts of the flour until you have a good dough. Doesnt need much kneeding.

Form into a loaf, and roll in flour. Put on a baking sheet on a oven plate. Let rest for 15 minutes.
Put in the middle of oven and start the heat. 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Farenheit) for 50 minutes.
