Makeover--cotton robe

This robe was a gift. It had belt loops and pockets but they were way too high. So, I removed them. I used the belt loops to make button loops. The belt will be nice around a summer hat, I think, and maybe a pouch out of the pocket ?

In the photo, it looks like it narrows at the bottom but the sides are actually straight.

What great ideas for making it work better for you. I don’t like how robes gape open in the cleavage area. I’m going to use this solution.
